FUNCTION : Global Benefits Manager & EMEA People Operations Manager
LOCATION : Lyon, France (hybrid)

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
- Develop and manage global and regional benefits strategies that align with business objectives, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and market trends.
- Drive operational excellence in EMEA for benefits, pensions, payroll, and people operations while ensuring consistency, fairness, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive policy improvements, support audits and reporting, and provide strategic and operational support across compensation and HR initiatives.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Benefits Strategy &Governance: Design, implement, and manage global and regional benefits strategies to support business objectives and enhance employee experience. Regularly review policies to ensure alignment with market trends, regulatory requirements, and evolving employee needs.
- Global Process Ownership & Program Management: Oversee and continuously improve key benefit programs such as car allowance, long service award, and parental leave. Ensure consistency across regions and conduct regular reviews of leave policies to promote fairness, competitiveness, and legal compliance.
- Pension & Actuarial Coordination: Provide accurate and timely pension plan data (DB and DC) in coordination with Finance and external actuaries. Lead the review and optimization of pension arrangements in Germany, ensuring alignment with legal standards and company goals.
- Vendor & Cost Management: Manage benefit program renewals, oversee vendor invoicing, and support the rationalization of the vendor landscape to drive cost efficiency, service quality, and administrative simplicity.
- Payroll Governance (EMEA): Work closely with HR services and payroll vendorsparticularly in France and Germanyto ensure the accurate processing of payroll and benefits. Align payroll operations with HR processes to deliver a seamless employee experience.
- People Operations (EMEA): Serve as a subject matter expert for EMEA People Operations, with a focus on France and Germany. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on policy design and process improvements to support local and regional HR initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration &Training: Provide guidance and training on benefit policies, procedures, and best practices. Work closely with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to align benefit strategies with company goals and business needs.
- Compliance, Reporting & Audit: Stay updated on best practices and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with international labor laws, industry best practices, and company policies. Support internal and external audits.
- Compensation Support: Act as a backup to the Compensation Manager, contributing to compensation- related initiatives (e.g. annual salary review) and ensuring operational continuity. Facilitate knowledge sharing across HR functions to strengthen internal collaboration and support.
