The role reports functionally to the PEQ Expediting & Logistics Manager.Key responsibilities:Proficient in using relevant systems for project setup, updates, invoicing, and closing activities.Ability to prioritize and deliver support requests promptly.Proactive and accurate follow-up on WO in accordance with contracts and Nextchem procedures.Verification of inspection and expediting timesheets and related service entries upon completion.Regular collaboration and communication with the PEQ Post Order Manager, PEQ Exp-Logistics Manager, and PEQ Inspection & Technical Qualification Group Leader.Requirements:At least 5 years of relevant experience in a project administration role.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Note: If you do not hold a passport of the country for this vacancy, you may need a work permit.
