Job Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary per the Corporation.- Receives daily work instructions from supervisor- Reviews assigned work by evaluating against process instructions- Verify completed work and perform all program checks specified at the beginning and at the end of a job- Document all records reviewed: records operator, job, and number of documents reviewed- Keep operators Quality Control reports up to date- Logs all errors as instructed, without prejudice- Identifies incorrect items and documents in appropriate error category- Correct error if error is discovered prior to finished document being delivered- Screen prints or copies errors when applicable- Inform operators of any errors or changes Brings any repetitive errors to the attention of supervisor- May conduct internal auditing of completed client work to check for accuracy- Comprehend/follow specific job instructions- Refer all questions to supervisor when instructions are unclear- Performs all assigned tasks in a safe manner according to company policy- Maintain the confidentiality of personal employee information, client information, QC reports and specific company information as necessary- Must be able and available to work up to two hours overtime on any given day with mnimal noticeJob Qualifications:- Qualification and Skills Requirements: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following qualification requirements: Possess a high school education or equivalent; must be at least 18 years of age with general knowledge of a personal computer, possess analytical skills, organizational skills and above average written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to problem-solve, meet deadlines, and work independently.
