We are seeking skilled engineers who can lead the technical development of battery projects with our global customers.Define requirements for the Battery Management System hardware and software up to DVP planning.Coordinate all relevant hardware and software development topics with the BMS development partner.Develop and design the low-voltage electrical/electronic and high-voltage system architecture.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and optimization.Create technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress.Possess technical education in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.Have proven experience in developing embedded systems and/or battery management systems.Understand circuit design (digital and analog), embedded circuits (e.g., SoCs), and power electronics.Be familiar with systems and requirements engineering tools (e.g., IBM DOORS, MicroFocus ALM).Be communicative, team-oriented, and assertive.Have knowledge of vehicle development processes.Be fluent in Italian and possess very good English skills.Be available for occasional business trips.Possess EU citizenship or a full-time work permit.Be eager to embrace a challenging opportunity within a global team.Work within a corporate culture characterized by collegiality and team spirit.Enjoy long-term prospects in an international company.Engage in an interesting and varied field of activity.Receive extensive and well-structured training.Have options for home office work.Participate in profit sharing based on company success.Access discounts on shopping, travel, and entertainment through our partner network.Please note: If you are not a passport holder of the country for this vacancy, you might need a work permit.
