The Project Manager will oversee key customer projects, ensuring defined outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating all team members and managing customer relationships. The Project Manager is responsible for tracking project progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring all project goals are efficiently met.

Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in software implementation projects related to the supply chain. Experience in managing customer expectations is essential, along with strong technical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, experienced in managing projects at all levels. They will be responsible for overseeing project progress and developing efficient strategies and tactics to achieve project objectives as effectively as possible.

The processes and decisions driven by this role will have a direct impact on Slimstocks results and on meeting the objectives agreed upon with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Define project scope and objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes in project scope, timeline, and costs.
• Measure and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Maintain relationships with clients and Slimstocks internal team throughout the project.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential impacts.
• Prepare project documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager in IT/software implementation projects.
• Project Management: Proficiency in project management techniques and methodologies.
• Software: Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Autonomy: Independent and flexible profile with strong customer orientation.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work in cross-functional teams and support decision-making.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken (B2 level; a language test will be conducted).
• Availability to travel: Flexibility to travel according to project needs.
• Mobility: Own vehicle and a valid B1 driving license.

Highly Valued:

• Certification: PMP certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Supply chain expertise.
