As an HSE Manager in Italy, you''ll play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing health, safety, and environmental standards. Your key responsibilities include:Reviewing and improving HSE documentation regularly.Ensuring compliance with local, regional, and national regulations, updating documents as needed.Collaborating with management and staff for feedback and current practices.Analyzing HSE data to identify trends and recommend improvements.Reporting on HSE compliance and performance to management.Managing the end-to-end process of HSE documentation for on-site access.Handling customer requests related to HSE independently.Supporting the sales team during negotiations on HSE matters.Organizing, checking, and storing HSE documentation across worksites.Staying updated on safety legislation (e.g., Legislative Decree 81/08).Preparing Risk Assessment Documents (DVR) with all necessary information.Organizing and monitoring worker training and medical examinations as per legal requirements.Implementing and managing training programs and first aid procedures.Preparing health and safety risk assessments and managing related activities.Coordinating compliance activities and liaising with external agencies and health surveillance activities.Participating in safety meetings and organizing corrective actions.Collaborating with external RSPP professionals.Monitoring compliance with HSE regulations internally and externally.Creating and updating training materials.Managing emergency response plans and procedures.Your profileDegree in Environmental Engineering, Prevention and Protection Techniques, or similar, or equivalent higher education with RSPP or ASPP qualification.Minimum of 2 years'' proven experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and standards.Attention to detail, ability to work independently.Proficiency in document management software and MS Office.Analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with data analysis tools.Why join us?Clean and accessible energy is vital for a sustainable future!
