We are seeking a Corporate Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team in Chiasso HQ and support our global accounting efforts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in IFRS accounting standards and 2 to 3 years of experience working with major audit firms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and maintain best practices in accounting processes.
2. Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting processes.
4. Navigate complex accounting challenges and provide solutions to support business objectives.
5. Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with a major audit firm.
2. Strong knowledge and practical experience with IFRS accounting standards.
3. Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
7. Fluency in English.
