Recognized as a Fortune 500 company, Lennar is consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States.Join a Company that Empowers You to Build Your FutureThe Construction Manager oversees the construction of homes in assigned communities, ensuring quality control, managing costs, and adhering to schedules.Your Responsibilities on the TeamSupervise and direct all construction activities, ensuring quality standards, schedule adherence, and profitability.Coordinate construction activities from inception to move-in, including scheduling and supervising trade partners.Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Oversee construction processes, including pre-construction meetings, inspections, and final walkthroughs.Manage documentation such as change orders, purchase orders, and safety logs.Collaborate with internal teams like sales, customer care, and management for effective communication and problem-solving.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with SWPPP, quality standards, safety protocols, and cleanliness.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.Experience in residential construction management is preferred.Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.Valid drivers license, good driving record, and auto insurance coverage.Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and blueprint reading skills.Physical & Office/Site Presence RequirementsRegular in-person attendance at communities and job sites during work hours is essential. The role requires working in excess of eight hours, operating vehicles, reading plans, climbing stairs/ladders, bending, lifting (over 50 pounds), and working outdoors in various weather conditions around dust and chemicals.
