About the role This role represents the supply chain in terms of new product introduction and change management. The primary objective is to deliver given projects on time and in line with customer expectations, engage and build the project team with stakeholders and manage the SC activities of the project at the production site. Key responsibilities Develop and manage a clear project plan with scope, risks, budget, timings and resources identified. Ensure adherence to project management standards. Communicate and report on the status, issues and risks of the project. Perform stakeholder management to ensure these are informed and involved where and if needed. Manage risks and develop contingencies where needed. Job requirements University/ Bachelor degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management working with product introductions and supply chain projects in a multinational environment. Written and verbal communication skills in English at least on B2 level. Fluent Polish. Good knowledge of MS Office. Good understanding of relevant manufacturing and supply chain processes. Strong organizational skills to initiate, manage and successfully deliver a set of projects. Experience in and ability to work with various functions like Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Finance, etc. What we offer Bonus. Referral program.
