Job Description: Customer Logistics ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated Customer Logistics Manager to oversee logistics customer relationships within the Southern Europe cluster (Spain, Portugal, and Italy). This role involves acting as the primary logistics contact for country Commercial teams, sharing best practices, and maintaining standardization with other Customer Logistics Managers across UK and Western Europe. The position reports to the Logistics & Distribution Manager for Southern Europe and is an individual contributor role, requiring approximately 10% - 25% travel within Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Operations and Transport Managers to optimize Customer Logistics arrangements.Serve as the main contact for customer performance issues, delivery challenges, and special requirements.Manage logistics relationships with customers, including improvements, issue resolution, visits, negotiations, reviews, and exploring new opportunities.Drive Customer KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full) and CFR (Case Fill Rate).Address customer queries related to supply chain logistics, providing guidance on logistics terms and implications.Ensure conformance to customer logistics standard terms with Customer Service teams.Manage costs, penalties, and participate in cost transformation initiatives.Collaborate with the Logistics & Distribution Lead on strategy development and deployment.QualificationsGraduate or equivalent qualification.Previous experience in Supply Chain management.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.Business acumen.Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian language skills are a plus.What We OfferPlease submit your CV in English.
