Join to apply for the Sales Specialist | Soluzioni ERP role at Lutech.We are seeking a Business Developer - Sales Specialist to join our team and enhance our sales efforts, primarily in Northern Italy.Responsibilities include:Identifying and developing new business opportunities independently.Managing commercial negotiations with prospects, including proposal development and contract closing.Providing a consultative approach to manage existing clients and expand relationships.Engaging with decision-makers within client companies.Growing and maintaining the existing client portfolio to increase solutions and strengthen relationships.Achieving margin and revenue targets through ERP solution sales.Minimum requirements:Background in Digital, ICT, CRM, or ERP sectors.Experience in selling complex projects with a solution-selling approach.Good command of English and possibly a second European language.Additional qualities include excellent communication and negotiation skills, goal-oriented attitude, dynamism, problem-solving capabilities, willingness to travel, and independence.Location: Bologna, with hybrid work options.Offer: Direct employment with a dynamic team and growth opportunities.
