Job Opportunity: Strategic Partnership and Business Development Specialist B2B (Middle Level)Allcore SpA, a listed company on the Milan Stock Exchange and part of the IREC group, specializes in business, fiscal, and financial consulting. We are seeking a Strategic Partnership and Business Development Specialist at a middle level to join our team.The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of direct experience in managing strategic partnerships, with a proven ability to generate tangible value through qualified leads, revenue growth, and new business opportunities.Main ActivitiesIdentify and evaluate potential strategic partners aligned with company objectives.Manage the entire lifecycle of partnerships: negotiation, signing, onboarding, and development.Design and implement activation and co-marketing strategies to enhance the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to integrate partnerships into demand generation, lead management, and brand positioning strategies.Set and monitor performance KPIs (leads generated, revenue, CLV, retention), continuously optimizing and renegotiating agreements.Automate key processes to scale the partnership ecosystem.Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, providing active, proactive, and structured support.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.Candidate ProfileEssential:At least 5 years of experience in Business Development or Partnership Management with demonstrable results (acquired partners, clients, revenue).Proficiency with outreach and lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, MeetAlfred, Expandi.Ability to craft multi-channel contact sequences with high response rates.Excellent knowledge and use of Salesforce, analytics platforms like Looker Studio or Qlik, and partner management tools such as PartnerStack or Impact.com.Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills.Understanding of full-funnel metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, CLV, conversion rate.Results-oriented, flexible, capable of solving complex problems in dynamic environments.Soft Skills & Additional Requirements:Excellent empathy, interpersonal skills, and public speaking abilities.Teamwork capability.Native Italian speaker; knowledge of English is a plus.Degree or equivalent diploma.Driving license and car ownership.Immediate availability is advantageous.Key RequirementsConcrete experience in B2B business development and partnerships.Analytical skills and knowledge of key KPIs related to conversion and retention.Negotiation and communication skills.Familiarity with CRM, outreach, and partner management tools.Empathy, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
