What you will do Actas the direct link between our key customers and partners, and thesoftware product and services teams Engage with account managementwhen an off-the-shelf solution is insufficient for a customer''sneeds Build deep relationships with customers'' stakeholders andleadership to enable them to be Materialise advocates Facilitateand activate solution-driven discussions, providing well-foundedadvice on requirements and guiding customers through theMaterialise portfolio Define custom solutions by understandingcustomers'' business and technical needs, leveraging your knowledgeof the Materialise portfolio Document architecture, solutions, andrequirements, and prepare technical aspects of responses to tenderrequests Serve as the pre- and post-Sales technical owner ofcustomer solutions, ensuring full knowledge and overview acrossproducts Develop solutions using Materialise toolsets or translatetechnical solutions to stakeholders within our software product andservices teams Monitor solution progress, acting as a singletechnical point of contact between customers and engineering teamsEnsure correct implementation and delivery of solutions at customersites, and hand knowledge over to support teams in cooperation withthe Project Manager Remain the technical point of contactthroughout the solution delivery lifecycle Develop strategicsolution roadmaps with customers and partners, supporting them intheir 3D printing journey with solutions such as Next-Gen BuildProcessors, machine control platforms, tailored automationsolutions, and factory management solutions Drive the solutionroadmaps of global product and services teams for the additivemanufacturing market Report directly to HQ in Leuven, BelgiumContribute to continuous improvement through knowledge sharing andgroup discussions within your peer group Your profile Problemsolver and self-learner with an analytic mindset Able to develop anidea from proof of concept through prototype to commercial productin collaboration with stakeholders Deep knowledge of softwaredevelopment lifecycle and development pipeline (idea to production)Able to adapt content and style to the intended audience Verycomfortable communicating effectively across internal and externalorganizations Very comfortable speaking to executives, ITmanagement, and developers Strong command of the English languageWillingness to travel to customer sites to facilitate technicaldiscussions Hands-on experience developing in Python for productionuse Hands-on experience in testing (PyTest and unit testing)Experience working in an Azure DevOps, CI/CD, TFS, and GITenvironment Understanding of SQL and NoSQL principles andexperience creating ad-hoc queries using Jupyter notebooks andMicrosoft SQL Studio Ideal candidates will have more than threeyears of experience in the IT industry or IT technical Sales with aproven track record of solution delivery expertise Additivemanufacturing industry knowledge and/or experience in integrationswith business systems (SAP, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
