Scope Theproject leaders role is to technically manage IC design and supplyprojects to ensure technical quality and timely delivery.Responsibilities Be the technical lead for an entire project,taking into account customer milestones and making sure technicalspecifications and quality standards are met: - Daily follow-up ofall project team members: designers, layouters, testers - Supportand coach team members with technical expertise and strong problemsolving skills - Maintain detailed overview and knowledge of thecomplete mixed-signal development - Organize, lead, attend internalstatus meetings to keep abreast about the project progress - Be thetechnical point of contact for the customer - Write the IC designspecification and ensure a timely update in case of customer changerequests - Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards- Closely work together with and report potential problems on timeto the Project Manager Competences - You are a dynamic and highlymotivated engineer in micro-electronics - You have at least 5 yearsof relevant industrial work experience - You are an experienceduser of the mixed-signal flow of Cadence and/or Synopsys and Matlab- You have strong communication and reporting skills, also inEnglish - You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem solvingskills Our offer - The job location can be Leuven or Ghent - Anattractive salary package with a variety of extra benefits - Astimulating and pleasant working environment with regular teamactivities - A financially healthy company with growth potential -Possibility to continuously learn and grow through in-house andexternal trainings
