At Avanade, the Change Management Expert plays a key role in ensuring Digital Transformation projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures.ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding major business goals and change priorities through impact analyses, change readiness assessments, and stakeholder identification.Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of internal communication plans.Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of training programs.Measuring benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achievement of results and outcomes.Providing coaching and advice to junior team members.CompetenciesAbility to establish and maintain strong relationships.Understanding of how people go through change and the change process.Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate messages clearly to various audiences.Excellent active listening skills.Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.Understanding organizational issues and challenges.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.Excellent presentation skills.Proficiency in English.Education & ExperienceBachelor''s degree in Business Engineering or a related field; PROSCI certification or a Master''s degree in a related discipline is a plus.Minimum of 4+ years of change management experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
