• Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with key accounts, responding to inquiries and providing timely support.
• Sales Support: Prepare sales presentations and proposals, coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, and manage product specifications and sample approvals.
• Contract Administration: Issue deal tickets, ensure the correctness of sales contracts and their registration in our systems, and conduct quarterly reconciliations with key customers.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends, prepare regular reports on account performance, and measure customer KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations (logistics and quality teams) and commercial teams to ensure alignment and efficiency, supporting the Head for Global Key Accounts - Dairy in executing account strategies

• Educational Background: Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales support, account management, or customer service.
• Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Dutch is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
