Role Overview

Were looking for an Event Manager (Direct Sales) to take ownership of Wallonias events strategy , expanding our reach and ensuring impactful in-person experiences. This hybrid role involves working from our Brussels office three days a week, with two remote days and regular travel to events.

Our Direct Sales team in Wallonia participates in various events (markets, fairs, B2C expos) to meet potential customers and promote Butternut Box, aiming to convert these interactions into new subscriptions. You will lead our full event roadmap, securing top events for our local sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing an events roadmap to secure 200+ events across Wallonia
  2. Building relationships with event organizers for premium placements
  3. Negotiating event deals within KPIs
  4. Planning and forecasting sales performance, reporting to teams
  5. Coordinating event logistics for smooth execution
  6. Managing travel and accommodation logistics
  7. Tracking KPIs to optimize strategy
  8. Exploring new sales activation opportunities
  9. Supporting recruitment of French-speaking Brand Ambassadors

This role is crucial for our expansion in Belgium, working closely with the Wallonia Direct Sales Manager and collaborating with teams in Flanders and the Netherlands. Reporting to the Head of Sales Benelux.

Candidate Profile

We seek an energetic, highly organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing people together. Must have:

Nice-to-haves include experience launching projects from scratch, a driving license, sales experience, and recruitment experience.
