Right now they are expanding the existing team and looking for a new Sales Executive to join the success! Languages * Full professional level of German * Full professional level of English Main Responsibilities * Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth by achieving sales objectives across the EMEA region, with a focus on managing the German and UK markets * Engage and Nurture Leads: Communicate with pre-qualified prospects, understanding their needs and guiding them through the decision-making process * Customize Solutions: Identify customer requirements and present tailored products and services that go beyond expectations * Showcase Value Proposition: Highlight the unique benefits of the solutions offered, addressing any questions and fostering enthusiasm * Deliver Engaging Demos: Conduct compelling online demonstrations that effectively illustrate the products capabilities and advantages * Close Sales Successfully: Convert potential clients into long-term customers by confidently managing negotiations and finalizing deals * Contribute to Team Success: Play a key role in the sales teams growth and continuous improvement, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing Core Skills/Experience * Fluent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in German and in English, ensuring clear and persuasive interactions * Sales Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales-driven role, demonstrating the ability to convert leads into customers * Strong Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented mindset with excellent time management and multitasking skills * Tech-Savvy and Industry Enthusiast: Genuine interest in SaaS solutions, particularly within the travel and hospitality sector * Adaptability and Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, thrive, and evolve in a dynamic, fast-paced digital environment (experience in a startup is a plus) What's on offer * OTE: 37,000 40,000 per year * Hybrid Work Model: 1 day per week in the office if based in Barcelona, or fully remote from other parts of Spain * 25 Paid Vacation Days + 14 Bank Holidays + Intensive Schedule in August * Home Office Setup Allowance * Private health insurance (that includes travel insurance, dental plan, and psychologist) * Free Spanish classes * Daily breakfast at the office: coffee, sandwiches, cookies, fruits * Great culture workplace with an international environment * Regular team-building events and activities
