Job Responsibilities

• Support and ensure the integrity of the reporting process and supervise cost accounting activities.
• Assist internal and external auditors and contribute to document controls related to SOX requirements and quarterly SEC filings.
• Support monthly financial reporting requests from headquarters.
• Perform consolidated balance sheet and profit & loss analysis monthly.
• Conduct ad-hoc finance projects and analyses.
• Understand variances between COGS actual data and forecast data.
• Supervise and support cost accounting activities.
• Verify accurate calculation of average and standard costs.
• Monitor the cost center plan and chart of accounts.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries and the Accounting Share Service during the financial closing process.

Requirements

• Bachelor''s or master''s degree in finance.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in finance, including accounting and/or consolidation.
• Knowledge of accounting principles: US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Knowledge of JDEdwards/HFM Hyperion is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Analytical mindset, controls orientation, good communication skills, and strong team player.
