Join the Controller''s team, responsible for ensuring the firm meets its financial control and reporting obligations. Specifically, you will be part of the Compensation Accounting team within the Controller''s group, which oversees monthly payroll bookings for the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Process payrolls according to tax and payroll rules.
- Calculate wages and deductions based on contracts and internal policies.
- Coordinate up to 6 payrolls across different regions.
- Handle pay, deductions, and tax inquiries.
- Resolve compensation discrepancies.
- Complete compensation controls and tax calculations.
- Liaise with the financial accounting team.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience with a focus on complex payroll processes.
- Experience in large organizations managing financial data.
- Proficient with MS Office and Web/Java-based systems (e.g., PeopleSoft 9.0).
- Ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple deadlines.
- Experience with international payroll is a plus, though we welcome candidates eager to expand their expertise in global payroll processes. Initiative and ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
