We are looking for aSenior Generative AI Software Engineer (Azure)to join our clients evolving and fast-moving transformation initiative. In this role, youll help develop advanced, production-ready generative AI solutions that directly support global operations in areas like supply chain, procurement, and finance.

The team youll join is part of a larger strategic program undergoing rapid organizational and operational change. The ambition is to build ahigh-performing Agile teamthat can deliver high-value outcomes in short timeframes while adapting to dynamic business priorities. This is asenior individual contributor role ideal for someone with deep technical skills, autonomy, and a passion for building robust systems using cutting-edge Azure and AI technologies.

What were looking for

• 5+ years of backend/software engineering experience, with a focus on scalable, production systems.
• Strong proficiency inC# and Python.
• Extensive hands-on experience withAzure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, and Cognitive Services.
• Practical knowledge ofREST API design and system integrations.
• Experience withAzure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Familiarity withNoSQL and SQL databases, ETL flows, and cloud storage.
• Understanding ofapplication security and secure system architecture.
• Independent, proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience working inAgile/Scrum teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working withchatbots, LLMs, or other Generative AI solutionsin production environments.
• Familiarity with theMicrosoft Bot Frameworkor similar chatbot stacks.
• Experience withprompt engineering, vector stores, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• SQL query tuning and performance optimization skills.
