Our basic requirements for this job:
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with leadership responsibilities in a SaaS/product setting;
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (preferably Cypress, Postman, JMeter);
- Solid understanding of software testing types and levels: unit, integration, E2E, performance, exploratory;
- Experience in leading or actively participating in QA transformation initiatives including quality ownership across developers, team enablement, and implementation of organization-wide QA standards;
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams;
- Strong communication skills and fluent English (at least B2), and fluent Polish (at least C1);
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
Its great if you also have:
- Interest in AI-supported testing and a drive to explore new QA tooling and approaches.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and test automation workflows in GitHub-based environments.
