The team helps clients align with new DORA regulation requirements, strengthen digital resilience capabilities across financial entities, transform traditional business continuity frameworks, and define new methodologies for advanced cyber security and resilience testing.Your Role:The Experienced resource will be integrated into a work team and responsible for:Managing resilience and BCM projects by identifying, evaluating, and designing innovative solutions to allow our clients to face the evolving threat landscape.Contributing to the development of Deloitte''s digital resilience and BCM service offering by sharing innovative ideas.Executing complex project activities requiring the definition of new approaches and methodologies in operational resilience and BCM for primary entities in the financial sector.Developing and implementing dynamic cyber risk management strategies aligned with the client''s overall risk appetite and business goals.Evaluating potential cyber risks through comprehensive activities including identification, assessment, and defining recovery/remediation plans.Supporting management in engaging with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen business relations and create new opportunities in digital resilience, BCM, and cyber risk management.Winning Requirements:2-5 years of experience, preferably in a Strategy Consulting company delivering project activities in digital resilience, BCM, Cyber Risk Management.Solid expertise in Digital Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Backup and Recovery, Cyber Risk Management methodologies.Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework).Knowledge of GRC/TPRM tools and technologies.Certifications in resilience, BCM, and cyber risk management (e.g., ISO 22301, CISM, CISSP, CBCP, CCRP).Fluent knowledge of the English language.Make an Impact that MattersDeloitte is a global leader in professional services, operating in over 150 countries with a network of more than 460,000 professionals.In Italy, Deloitte is located in 24 cities with approximately 13,400 professionals supporting clients through services in Audit & Assurance, Technology & Transformation, Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Tax & Legal.As a global network, we are committed to addressing key social, economic, and environmental challenges.
