What Were Looking For:
- Background: Masters degree in Belgian law with 6-7+ years experience in employment/social law.
- Languages: Dutch native/fluent + solid command of both French and Englishspoken and written.
- Strong Analytical Skills: You have a problem-solving mindset with rigorous legal thinking and you aim to be a real business partner for your clients.
- Adaptability & Drive: Youre resourceful, intellectually curious, and enthusiastic about tackling challenges.
- Team-Oriented, Yet Independent: You excel both as a team player and in handling cases autonomously.
