Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Test Design and Execution
Design test plans by defining robust test cases and covering all test paths.
Execute functional test plans manually and compare with the expected outcomes.
Launch automated test scripts and review the results.
Test REST and SOAP APIs.
Collaboration and Documentation
Collaborate with Developers for test cases and reporting bugs or testing solutions.
Write and maintain functional documentation for new developments.
Keep documentation organized for easy access.
Conduct training and presentations of new developments, both for internal teams and customers.
Bug Reporting and Issue Management
Report bugs through Jira and track issues to resolution.
Support the resolution of complex incidents in collaboration with the Support team.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Product team to assist in the analysis of functional proposals.
Share insights on new evolutions and improvements with the development team.
