They verify and ensure all activities comply with the HSE Policy, regulations, standards, and procedures, promoting preventive and corrective actions as needed.Main ResponsibilitiesPerform Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and related procedures, proposing revisions when necessary.Update HSE documentation throughout all construction phases as needed.Ensure subcontractors perform activities in accordance with applicable HSE procedures, regulations, and standards, promoting necessary actions for compliance.Organize, plan, and participate in periodic HSE walkarounds, inspections, and audits; prepare reports, action plans, and follow-up on corrective measures.Coordinate and participate in site HSE training activities.Lead all site HSE meetings, preparing minutes of meetings (MOM).Collaborate with the client regarding work permits.Investigate work accidents to identify corrective measures to prevent recurrence.Maintain accident records and identify areas requiring preventive actions.Conduct or promote personnel training and indoctrination.Lead and coordinate the Site HSE Committee activities, composed of contractor and subcontractor HSE representatives.Manage the site emergency response and fire prevention teams, organizing training and drills.Prepare HSE sections of monthly construction progress reports and periodic reports.Update and analyze Site HSE statistics, comparing performance against project and corporate HSE objectives, targets, and indicators.Propose recovery plans in case of performance mismatches.Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionEngineering and ManagementIndustriesIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
