We are seeking a Senior Program Manager responsible for managing multiple Contract Manufacturing and Development Organization projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all project stages within a matrix organization, supporting new product introductions for cGMP manufacturing, process validation, and clinical and commercial supply programs.
- Resolve issues within project teams and facilitate decision-making processes. Drive projects to completion according to standards, both internally and with customers.
- Maintain regular communication with business, technical, and customer teams. Track and report on key program milestones, and manage progress, issues, and risks.
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including achievement payments, pass-through costs, and FTE estimates, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Your Qualifications:
- BSc in a relevant scientific field; a graduate degree or MBA in Biological/Biotech fields is advantageous.
- Certification such as PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent is highly recommended.
- Experience in the industry (>10 years), with at least 5 years in a project management role responsible for customer programs in a contract manufacturing organization with significant business impact.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical product lifecycles and experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
- Proven success in technical, interpersonal, and time management skills to deliver projects that meet partner expectations.
- Experience in project management, including timeline and budget management, communication planning, risk mitigation, and action tracking.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and a good understanding of Process Development.
