Our client focus on mid-senior level positions in the Banking, PE Portfolio, Investment Management and FinTech markets. With 2 offices, have a diverse team of individuals across their business. In Amsterdam they have a knit team of 5 who are looking to grow in 2025. What does the role entail? Our client is looking for a talented recruiter to join their ambitious team in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will join their top performing Private Equity team. You will take over a warm desk placing C Suite candidates into Private Equity backed business across the Netherlands and Belgium. The business has a well-stablished client base, comprised of some of the worlds leading PE brands, therefore the successful candidate will be required to maintain existing client relationships whilst confidently approaching prospective clients to bring on new business. The successful candidate will be a hands-on 360 recruiter, managing the full recruitment process sourcing high calibre candidates, market mapping, business development, outreach to new clients and candidate, whilst managing the interview and offer stages. Are you our ideal candidate? Minimum 1.5 years 360 recruitment experience within any professional service sector Languages Must be bilingual English Dutch Exceptional communication skills Confident expertly networking with global candidates and clients Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously - our client does not enforce KPIs or micromanagement Why should you apply?
