Subsea Cable Installation Engineer: Are you driven by the challenges of offshore installation projects? Do you have a solid background in subsea cable installation, analysis, and operationsespecially within the renewables sector? My client is seeking a Subsea Cable Installation Engineer to join their team and help deliver technically sound and cost-effective solutions. Develop hydrodynamic models and perform installation analysis based on specific project load conditions. Prepare detailed installation procedures for cable lay and pull-in operations, including task planning, equipment specifications, and deck layouts. Produce supporting documentation for marine operations. Take ownership of project engineering deliverables and track progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Carry out design calculations and engineering analyses in accordance with relevant industry codes and standards. Provide engineering support across all project phasesfrom FEED through to offshore operations. A bachelors or masters degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Marine Engineering. Proficiency in using engineering analysis software such as OrcaFlex. fluent in both written and spoken English. For applicants outside the EU: A valid Dutch work permit is required.
