Taylor Hopkinson is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join a company leader in the energy, engineering and construction sector.
This person will report to the CEO, belonging to the energy group and is expected to be the main person of contact for all the PA activities. Role based in Milan.
Education and Competencies required
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
- Previous experience reporting to the Board / C-Level
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (and other languages as a plus)
- Discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
