responsibilities :
- Define and implement design and research strategy aligned with the product strategy,
- Collaborate closely with product leadership to integrate UCD practices into product strategy. Determine priorities of research and design topics supporting and challenging product strategy,
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish clear design and research objectives,
- Lead and develop design and research artefacts, including design system,
- Define and manage design and research priorities guiding task allocation within the team, in collaboration with leadership,
- Champion UCD practices and processes in the team and across the organization, following industry standards,
- Support development of team members through mentoring, guidance and feedback.
requirements-expected :
- BSc/MSc degree in design, usability engineering, or other relevant fields,
- At least 8 years of experience in design, with a proven track record of leading design teams and delivering exceptional design solutions in fast moving environments,
- Demonstrated promotion of a user-centered design process and collaboration with product managers/owners, stakeholders, and developers,
- Demonstrated experience in development of complex b2b products,
- Experienced in building design systems,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Strong English and Polish skills (written and spoken),
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%),
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days a week in the office in Gdask.
