For the warehouses from Samsung situated in Tilburg we are looking for a person who will serve independently as main contact for Samsung SDS''s key customer for a period of 6 to 9 months with a possibility to extend. You will be responsible for monitoring the operations and customer service and make changes in the system. You will monitor in-transit shipments and check all related documents such as Custom Documents(IM4)/Release Nomination in Portbase.As logistics cordinator you will be part of the Transport Team. Your key activities will be:Manage/monitor all in-transit shipments and adjust systems CELLO/Excel/PortbaseChase pending shipmentsTake corrective actions towards Shipping lines/Carrier when agreed performance is not metAnalyse logistical issues/problems and come up with workable solutionsSolve complaints/anomaliesPro-actively inform Supervisor/Inbound Manager Waar ga je werken?
