As an Account Executive within a team dedicated to a specific product line based on AI and computer vision, your main objective will be to demonstrate the value of this solution to existing clients and new prospects. Your main duties will include:Actively prospect a portfolio of potential clients in close collaboration with the Key Account Executive.Upsell this specific solution to existing clients.Participate in RFPs / tenders in close collaboration with the Key Account Executive and cross-functional teams (Deal desk, Legal, Product, etc.).Build strong relationships with integrator and infrastructure providers.Ensure sales profitability and achieve sales targets.Develop and maintain a strong network within the retail industry at the highest level.Participate in client events and trade shows.Qualifications:Successful experience (4-5 years) as an Account Executive, ideally in Retail, Software as a Service, AI, or Computer Vision.Familiarity with B2B technical sales cycles.Knowledge of the retail industry is a strong plus.Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building skills across company levels.Ability to identify solution value for clients and transform this into additional sales.High level of personal drive and proactive work methods.Ability to prioritize strategic tasks.Effective negotiation skills with clients and partners.Fluent communication in Italian and English.This role involves frequent travel within Italy.Additional Information:We innovate.
