The company offers a diverse range of minerals, serving industries such as construction, glass, ceramics, chemicals, and electronics.We are currently looking for:Business ControllerMain responsibilitiesReporting to the Business Services Manager, the role involves managing financial matters within the cluster, overseeing financial controlling activities, and collaborating with the Business Services Manager. This position will support the Director of Operations Cluster and the Director of Commercial Cluster and drive change by developing the finance function.Key responsabilities:Product cost planning, analysis, and reportingGuide cost analysis process through policies and techniquesInventory accounting and reconciliationSupport Operations & Supply Chain in inventory management and write-offsSetup and delivery of cluster budget and forecastMonitor variancesPeriod-end analysis and reportingEnsure timely database updates and data integrityConduct comparative data analysisManage end-to-end CAPEX process, including financial justification and post-investment reviewsRecommend improvements in policies, processes, and practicesAct as a change champion for global and sub-regional procedures deploymentCandidate profileBachelors degree in Finance or Master degree preferred for larger and complex cluster or in an related field5+ years of experience as a financial analyst or controller, or 3 years in a business services role in an international organizationBasic knowledge and ability to quickly learn and gain experience in other areas of expertiseUnderstanding of Company''s business and key processesKnowledge of cluster operations, supplier and client landscapeInsight into sales and product mix, and impact of production changes on profitabilityDeep understanding of financial controlling, budgeting, and forecasting processes/modelsExpertise in profitability analysis, variance analysis, costing deviation, and working capital monitoringKnowledge of the cost structure of the clusterAbility to analyze financial data and prepare reports, statements, and projectionsExperience with short and long-term budgeting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysisStrong affinity with technologyQuick adaptation to new technology tools and processesFamiliarity with budget planning and enforcement processes and proceduresEnglish proficient verbal & writingLocationCentre-noth Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
