We''re seeking a dynamic Global Business Developer - Robotics & Computer Assisted Surgery.
Mission:
As the Global Atracsys Business Developer, you''ll lead our market expansion in the Computer / Robotic Assisted Surgery (CAS / RAS) sector. Your role is crucial in acquiring new customers and increasing our market share.
What will you be doing?
- Aggressively pursue and identify all optical tracking opportunities within CAS / RAS markets.
- Consistently exceed sales quotas for assigned products and services.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to increase win rates strategically.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure the feasibility of custom developments.
- Master product demonstrations, including complex Software / SDK explanations.
- Cultivate and expand existing client relationships.
- Negotiate and secure supply agreements with recurring customers.
- Represent Atracsys at industry fairs and events.
- Conduct market research and pioneer new sales channels for market expansion.
What will you need to be successful?
- Engineering, STEM, or Computer Science degree.
- 5+ years of proven sales success, preferably in MedTech.
- Deep expertise in Medical Devices and CAS / RAS.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- A proven record of surpassing sales targets.
- Willingness to travel internationally (5-10 trips annually).
- Strong business acumen with digital marketing instincts.
- Ambitious self-starter with a track record of achievement.
- Ability to build strong relationships within an international team.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
