Job ResponsibilitiesCarry out Quality Control activities for a specific discipline (mechanical or electrical).Attend preliminary quality meetings at the Supplier''s location.Record inspection results with a detailed report.Check suppliers'' Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), including procedures and instructions, during site activities if applicable.Follow up on inspection and testing activities during supplier operations through ITPs.Conduct inspections, final testing, and tests in accordance with documented procedures, standards, or international codes.Notify, follow-up, support classification/analysis, verify resolution of non-conformities, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.RequirementsDegree in Engineering or Technical secondary diploma.At least three years of experience in inspection and testing activities.Experience in the design, construction, installation, operation, or maintenance of industrial plants is a plus.Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards or equivalent.Knowledge of codes and standards related to Diesel Generators, Cooling Water Systems, DCS, Heat Exchangers, Compressors, Valves, Medium and Low Voltage Switchboards, and Busbars.Certification as an expert in welding and/or non-destructive testing for QC inspectors (specifically for Mechanical disciplines).Ability to prepare and verify supply quality documentation and dossiers.Proactive approach to supplier management.Monitoring KPIs and reporting.Ability to organize and plan inspections effectively.Skills to evaluate inspection results.Proactive, problem-solving attitude.Strong communication skills with all parties involved in inspection activities.Good knowledge of English language.#J-18808-Ljbffr
