Job Advertisement: Junior GCP DevOps Engineer Manufacturing Sector Client : A leading multinational in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Junior GCP DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team. Location : Paris (South East) Contract : 12-Month Contract Remote Policy : Initial period: 1.5 months on-site full-time Afterward: Hybrid model (2 days remote, 3 days on-site per week) Daily Rate : 300 Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer with 23 years of hands-on experience, ready to strengthen cloud and DevOps initiatives within a global manufacturing environment. You will work closely with engineering teams to manage, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions, primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Key Responsibilities Develop, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Support and maintain Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers. Collaborate with development teams to ensure robust run environments. Write scripts and automate processes using Python and Linux shell scripting. Monitor and enhance system performance, security, and scalability. Required Skills GCP (Google Cloud Platform) hands-on experience Docker containerization Linux system administration Kubernetes orchestration Python scripting CI/CD pipeline creation and management Understanding of Run Environment management and support Profile ~2 to 3 years of relevant DevOps experience. ~ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. ~ Good problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. ~ Fluent French preferred; English proficiency is a plus.
