Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Customer Services Assistant to join the Facilities Service Desk of one of the top financial institutions in Belgium.
As part of the Facilities department, you will act as a key point of contact for internal clients, ensuring seamless support, proper coordination, and high-quality service delivery in facilities management.
As part of your role, you will:
- Handle incoming requests and issues via phone, email, or internal ticketing tools
- Provide first-line support and guidance for all facility-related matters (workspace, equipment, maintenance, etc.)
- Ensure accurate registration and follow-up of service requests using facility management tools
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely resolution
- Support the Facilities team in process improvement and reporting activities
- Contribute to a positive experience for employees by delivering friendly and solution-oriented service
Your profile:
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or facility management
- You are fluent in Dutch and French; good knowledge of English is a plus
- You have a Bachelor''s or Masters degree in a relevant field
- You are familiar with Facility Management tools (Archibus knowledge is a strong asset)
- You have experience in a call center or helpdesk environment
- You are client-oriented, friendly, patient, and eager to learn
- You enjoy working in a structured, service-driven environment and can manage multiple requests with professionalism
Work location:
Hybrid model 50% on-site / 50% remote
