It pursues sales leads, concludes orders, and arranges internal sales logistics. The role aligns with peers among the Inside Sales Team and Shared Service Center. It may support new sales representatives. Sales order entry will be part of the role.Management of incoming requests from customers in Germany and SwitzerlandQuotation management (SAP system), following customer requests and supporting the sales team to convert quotations into ordersManage orders, aiming to respect delivery timesBe the key contact for customers at all stages from order to delivery of goodsOrganizational skills, excellent communication skills, understanding customer needs, solving problemsParticipate in product and other trainings in Parma or other company locationsKey CompetenciesInter-cultural and networking competencyProven track record in a similar Inside Sales role in the target region and industryProficiency in MS Office, SAP, and/or SalesforceAbility to handle multiple customers and topics under pressureExcellent written and oral communication skills in Italian, German, and English; French skills are an advantageQualificationsBachelors degree or higher preferred.
