We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team.
In your role as our Project Manager, you will work on large and complex company-wide projects such as licensing, partner collaboration, customer journey, system and process improvements, CRM/ERP, support ticketing system and similar.
You will manage our projects from start to finish, overseeing planning, budget, and guiding (cross department) project teams. You communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, leadership team, colleagues and external parties.
The projects you lead are related to different technologies, IT or commercial aspects. For example, improving the trial experience of our users, improving our systems and toolset to allow better lead follow-up, providing easier licensing solutions to our customers are to name a few.
The project team you lead can be cross-department and would be different for every project, depending on the expertise that is required.
- You will manage projects, and oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets. You will keep a constant overview of where we are, what is at risk and proactively look at how we can address potential roadblocks.
- You will manage the project team and ensure actions are followed up on. You also facilitate cross-department communication, get buy-in from stakeholders, and manage the internal and external information flow.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for company-wide projects. You will proactively communicate to all stakeholders and ensure there is clear information on the status of the projects at any given time.
In your role as a Business Analyst, you will analyze the needs of our company and propose appropriate solutions and improvements. To this end, you will
- Work closely with the different departments to understand the needs, systems, and current workflows.
- With a very analytical mindset, perform detailed analyses of gaps, limitations, and potential improvements.
- Propose and document potential solutions, while having a good balance between budget, timeline, and impact of the improvement.
- Look at different options and provide guidance to come to the best way forward for the company.
- Coordinate the creation of an improvement plan with clear steps to take and priorities.
The role is offered on a regular employment contract basis only (no freelancing).
Is this you?
- 7+ years'' demonstrable end-to-end Project Management experience, with company-wide, multi-departmental, complex ,long-cycle projects (not limited to or exclusively IT projects).
- 5+ years'' experience as a Business Analyst (analysis of the needs, systems, workflows, gaps, limitations, and potential improvements of business processes in various departments).
- Superb analytical skills, detailed oriented, likes to work in a structured and methodical way.
- Business-fluent English, knowledge of Dutch will be an asset.
- Clear communication skills, particularly about complex and technical challenges.
- Comfortable in a highly collaborative international environment with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
- A true team- player, you know how to motivate a project team, and you enjoy working in a project-based environment.
