Join a growing real estate team with a focused, human and hands-on approach. Were expanding in the Costa del Sol and looking for a Sales & Listings Agent to help us grow the right way. Our office is part of the Lucas Fox network, but we operate as a small, independent team. Were not trying to build a high-volume sales machine, were building a solid, professional business where relationships, quality, and results come first. What You''ll Be Doing Source and list high-quality properties across Estepona and Sotogrande Handle the full listing process: documentation, agreements, pricing and preparation Keep owners informed with regular updates and clear market feedback Actively grow your client base through prospecting, referrals and local outreach Manage deals from first contact to closing, advising clients with clarity and confidence Mantain an organized pipeline and keep CRM and records up to date What We''re Looking For Sales experience (real estate is a plus, but not essential) Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages are an advantage, specially French, Polish or a Nordic language). Knowledge of the Costa del Sol market is a big plus Professional, confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Results-focused, self-motivated and organized Valid driving license and willingness to move around the area.
