For our store in Milano Rinascente we are looking fora Client Advisor Job description She/he will have to providecustomers with high quality service by meeting their needs andexpectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture ofthe Brand. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customerservice experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs,demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as ofEtro history and heritage - Assist customers accordingly with Etroselling ceremony - Discuss with clients and give advice on generaltrends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showingpassion for fashion and luxury products - Ensure the achievement ofthe Store goals, enhancing and developing the business - Build andstrengthen relationships with customers by developing CRMstrategies - Establish good group dynamics, through efficientcommunication - Contribute to manage the visual display of theproducts in accordance with Etro visual guidelines - Help ensuringthe products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise -Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards andpolicies Key Requirements - Deep passion for fashion and luxury -Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies -Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as wellas excellent commercial awareness and customers attitude - Abilityto adapt to different customers - Team-playing attitude - Strongcommunication skills - Ability to work in a dynamic environment -Fluent in english. Another language is a plus (preferential Arabicand/or Russian)
