(June 2024 - June 2025) FUNCTION: Product SupplyLOCATION: Lyon, France JOB TYPE: Permanent ROLE SENIORITY: SeniorManagerial GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Drive globally the process forchange of co-formulants, active ingredients, formulated products,supply sources and manufacturing sites, and packaging to ensurecompliance. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: - Lead globally the processfor change of co-formulants, active ingredients, formulatedproducts, supply sources and manufacturing sites, and packaging toensure compliance. - Support and actively contribute to thestrategic initiatives to adapt and optimize theformulation/filling/packing network and active ingredientssourcing. - Implementation of flexibility, cost-savings andreduction of supply risk through the inclusion of new suppliers. -Collaborate with Spec Office and Product Chemistry Manager foraccurately updating and uploading specifications into our system toensure our productions are compliant with the changes. - Own andlead the MOC (Management of Change) process to drive continuousimprovement and standardization. Review performance on regularcadence and raise opportunities for improvement. - Be responsiblefor implementation of monitoring processes within the ERP system(MS Dynamics 365). Ensure effective training and documentation. -Engage and Lead the Management of Change community in closeinteraction with Functions and regional organizations to ensureoptimum processes and governance. - Manage and develop the team tofull potential. - Contribute to setting targets and KPIs todemonstrate performance and process alignment to businessrequirements. - Own the sample process within Product Supply toensure that samples are produced on time to meet regulatoryrequirements. ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? Main requirements: -Degree in science with a minimum of 10 years of experience in thechemical or equivalent industry, particularly in product supplyand/or regulatory fields. - Proficiency in managing change withinregulated industries. - Demonstrate the ability to address andmanage complex situations with innovative solutions. - Effectiveand efficient in organizing, planning, and communicating. Capableof influencing, and engaging with both internal and externalstakeholders. - Fluent in English, with additional languages beingappreciated. - Proven ability to work on cross-functional projectsand thrive in multi-cultural environments. - Experience with MSDynamics 365 and Power BI.
