Responsibilities: The primary focus of this role is to assist the Service Manager in effectively managing the SDWAN services. Manage ticketing system and troubleshoot issues. Conduct problem investigations and complete root cause analysis (RCA). Facilitate supplier meetings for project management. Coordinate ongoing service deliveries with suppliers. Oversee technical fault management as required. Engage in both technical and administrative duties. Collaborate across multiple cultural teams. Utilize strong computer skills and ticket management tools. Requirements: Proven experience in WAN/SDWAN management, especially in a service manager capacity. Technical knowledge of SD-WAN and SASE based networks. Good working knowledge of LAN/WLAN and related technologies. Competence in firewall technologies, including Prisma and Palo Alto. Experience in managing IP address pools effectively. Excellent organization and project management skills. A service management mindset. Ability to work independently and within a team. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Capability to maintain focus under pressure. Nice to have: Familiarity with broader telecommunications systems. Experience in cloud-based services.
