This role involves identifying product opportunities, supporting design engineers, updating CRM, and supporting sales to meet design-win targets. The position is full-time, remote, and requires professional experience in technical sales or marketing related to electro-mechanical components. Responsibilities Identify opportunities for responsible products within your geographical region. Provide technical support to design engineers to include products on BOMs. Update CRM with new opportunities and design successes. Analyze customer needs and support product design. Coordinate trials, samples, and customizations with manufacturing plants. Provide technical support to OEMs and distribution customers. Monitor competitors for product improvement. Train sales teams and partners on technical topics. Support sales efforts to meet design-win targets. Requirements University degree in engineering. Professional experience in technical sales/marketing, preferably in electro-mechanical components. Fluent in Italian and English. Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 75%). Technical communication and leadership skills.
