Responsibilities: Mentor and support developers, fostering a collaborative team environment. Develop, test, document, and maintain the application back-end. Write scalable, reusable code and create unit tests. Provide estimates for tasks, fixes, and new features. Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate on business requests and development enhancements. Requirements: 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft development stack (.NET C#, SQL Server T-SQL). Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git. 2+ years of experience with Angular. Familiar with Azure/AWS, .NET Core, Microservices, SOLID principles, and Jira. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written). Experience with Scrum methodology. Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
