Were here to innovate, change, and reinvent the travel industry.Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesChecking and recording incoming invoicesChecking and recording cash transactions across various outlets within the facilityVerification and reconciliation of issued documents (PMS, Accounting System, SDI) and credit card receiptsVerification of revenues generated for supplementary service partnersCalculation and oversight of tourist taxManagement of suspended transactionsHandling local administrative dutiesCore CompetenciesAt least 2 years of accounting experience in the hotel industry, preferably within structured groupsAccuracy in recording and analyzing financial transactions to ensure compliance with regulations and company policiesExperience with industry-standard accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft ExcelEffective communication skills to convey financial information clearly and collaborate with team membersCapacity to identify and resolve discrepancies, investigate variances, and implement corrective actionsAbility to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to adapt to changes in standards, policies, or regulations, and willingness to learn new skills or technologiesCommitment to confidentiality and ethical standardsFluent in English and ItalianWhat We OfferInternal training and attractive development opportunities in a high-growth environment, domestically and internationallyFamily & Friends hotel rateFree gym & SPA usageEven if you dont meet all criteria, we would love to get to know you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
