SCOPE Weare hiring a Global Sourcing Manager, responsible for a directspend of around 100+ million. He/she is leading the Capex &MRO categories. As a part of the global Indirects Procurement team,you will work across Lactalis''s different business divisions. Thisis a challenging, highly dynamic and visible role that will see youleading key strategic projects to optimize the quality, service,costs, innovation and cash performance of your categories. YourMISSION & CHALLENGES As a Global Sourcing Manager, you will: -Build and execute the global sourcing strategies. Lead thetransformation projects of the categories - Gain and buildexpertise on your categories market analysis, spend analysis,internal needs, TCO, cost-in-use, cost models - Lead directly a1-team member on additionnal global categories ownership (MRO) -Lead a functional network of 15+ regional/local buyers - ManageLactalis coverage of supply with regional/local procurement teams -Accountability for supplier selection & development : maintainand develop relationships with panel suppliers, negotiateagreements, manage their performance with a cross-functionalprocess - Be part of the Lactalis sustainable roadmap - Identifyand leverage of supplier capabilities in long-term developmentprocesses, bringing major competitive advantages - Accountabilityfor the purchasing budget, manage risks and opportunities to thebudget to support Lactalis rapid growth This position requiresfrequent travels abroad (10 to 30% of the time) WHAT IS ESSENTIALFOR US ? - 5 years'' experience minimum in procurement, capex/orindustrial expertise in an international environment - Excellentcommunicator with leadership potential - Strategic vision. -Natural connector - able to build a network to support businessgoals - Able to set priorities, to take some distance, and bepragmatic - Tenacity, with strong adaptation and relationshipcapabilities to gain credibility and create an efficient networkwithin CBUs and suppliers - Link and supports the sites to developpproject - Professional sourcing experience or / and educationbackground that provides relevant knowledge within purchasing area- Someone who is oriented to deliver value in these categories,with a strong understanding of the FMCG market across the differentcultures - Able to align strategy and stakeholders (Industrial,maintenance, procurement...) around identified and new businessopportunities - Positive, good sense of humor, open to feedback andaware of own limitations.
