Overview:
The Corporate Director of Wellness will oversee the development and execution of innovative wellness strategies across all properties. Inspired by the highest standards in wellness and longevity, such as those practiced at TOP Wellness destinations, this role focuses on curating transformative guest experiences, integrating the latest in holistic health, personalized treatments, and state-of-the-art medical technologies.
The director will ensure consistency, excellence, and evolution of wellness programs across all properties, fostering a culture of well-being among both guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Wellness Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global wellness strategy that aligns with the companys vision and SHA service standards.
- Lead the creation of innovative wellness concepts, programs, and experiences that prioritize physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Establish benchmarks and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and success of wellness programs and initiatives across properties.
- Spearhead the development of a luxury and personalized wellness offering, emphasizing bespoke experiences and intuitive service that anticipates guest needs.
2.Program Development & Implementation:
- Curate and design signature wellness experiences that integrate state-of-the-art medical diagnostics, nutrition, fitness, spa, and holistic treatments.
- Develop personalized wellness journeys, blending traditional healing practices with modern technology, ensuring a 360-degree approach to guest well-being.
- Ensure consistency in the delivery of wellness services, tailoring experiences to meet the needs of high-end clients seeking results-oriented health and wellness programs.
- Integrate advanced sports technologies for fitness and recovery, inspired by best practices used in elite sports.
- Implement multifunctional wellness spaces in accommodations, offering in-room fitness and gym elements for enhanced guest convenience.
3.Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire wellness managers, therapists, and medical professionals to deliver exceptional service in line with the companys wellness philosophy.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for wellness staff, focusing on the latest trends, therapies, and technologies in the wellness industry.
- Foster a culture of well-being within the team, ensuring a positive and enriching work environment that reflects the companys core values.
- Focus on attracting top talent in each area of wellness.
4.Collaboration & Partnerships:
- Identify and establish partnerships with leading medical, nutrition, and wellness experts to enhance the quality and reputation of the wellness offerings.
- Collaborate with international experts in fields like integrative medicine, fitness, and nutrition to keep programs at the cutting edge.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure that wellness offerings are seamlessly integrated into the overall guest experience and well-promoted.

- Develop collaborations with luxury beauty brands for specialized treatments.
5.Quality Assurance & Guest Experience:
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of wellness facilities and services to ensure they meet or exceed standards.

- Ensure that all wellness experiences align with the brand ethos, fostering a sense of luxury, tranquility, and personalized care.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the wellness, health, and luxury hospitality industries.
- Incorporate innovative therapies, equipment, and services inspired by industry leaders.
- Drive continuous evolution of wellness programs to ensure the brand remains a leader in the luxury wellness sector.
