About the Job
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for
- Identifying and approaching leads and potential customers in the Dutch logistics sector.
- Presenting and promoting our TransFollow solutions to leads, prospects and customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing customer needs.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and from implementation to go-live and scale up phases.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their digitalization journey.
- Understanding customer requirements and proposing customized and tailored solutions.
- Collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration process.
- Gathering customer feedback to continuously improve our solutions.
- Representing TransFollow at trade shows, events, and product demonstrations in The Netherlands.
Your Profile
- Proven track record in sales within the transport and logistics sector and/or software solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including transportation, shipment tracking, and (e-)document management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to quickly understand complex environments (in the industry) and propose effective solutions for the use of the TransFollow product suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative selling approach.
- Proficiency in Dutch (native or fluent) and English (professional level), additional languages like German are benificial.
- Working in the Amsterdam office and willing to travel within The Netherlands on a regular basis.
